To encourage and promote the breeding of better and finer purebred Kangal Dogs as recognized by the registering body, the United Kennel Club, Inc.

To promote and advance the breed in a responsible manner

​To encourage members and breeders to accept the standard of the breed as established by the United Kennel Club as the standard by which the Kangal Dog shall be bred and judged

To educate and make known to the public the high standard of excellence of the United Kennel Club registered Kangal Dog

To conduct UKC-sanctioned and licensed events

To promote good sportsmanship in the training and exhibition of dogs
